Brad Bihun has been involved with the San Diego WordPress community since 2007 and co-organizes the San Diego WordPress meetup group. He relies heavily on WordPress for his 2 software companies and annual charity event StachetoberFest for content, marketing and e-commerce. He has been involved with the project management and business relations of the newly released Social Networking plugin PeepSo.

This is his first year as a WordCamp organizer and is humbled to be surrounded with such talent and knowledge within the team that he can learn from.

Kim Blake is a Web designer/developer and enjoys working with small businesses and non-profits. She’s currently rebranding her business for 2016 and plans on getting back to blogging at Theatre Geek very soon. This is her first year as a WordCamp organizer and she is super excited to work with an awesome team to ensure a really great turnout.

A San Diego resident, J.J. Springer is a graphic and web designer that has worked across many spectrums of media: print, digital, and television. She is currently spending her time freelancing for major clients including Automattic, FiscalTrak, and the Southern California Golf Association while also co-founding a technology company that serves governmental clients. She loves setting up, tweaking, and designing WordPress sites so that they shine for her clients.

Derek Springer is a San Diego based Code Wrangler at Automattic, a beer blogger, and the developer of the BeerXML Shortcode plugin. In a previous life Derek spent nearly 10 years developing software in the Aerospace industry.

Chris Lema is the Chief Technology Officer & Chief Strategist at Crowd Favorite.

He’s also a blogger, a public speaker, and product strategist.

For more than twenty years Chris has developed and managed high performing engineers to build software products – particularly SaaS products in a variety of B2B vertical markets. He’s also spent the last ten years coaching startups on product development & marketing strategies.

He runs the North County San Diego WordPress meetup, is a co-founder and producer of the most watched WordPress podcast on YouTube: WP WaterCooler, and has been a WordCamp San Diego organizer for 2013, 2015 & 2016.
