Deena Mayne grew up in San Diego (Leucadia) and has been building websites since the early dawn of the internet. But, no, Al Gore was not her first client. She first began on the WordPress platform in 2005 and fell in love immediately. Deena moved all of her existing clients to the WordPress platform at that time and has never looked back! She attended her first WordCamp in San Francisco in 2007 with just a small handful of other WordPress enthusiasts from around the world. “It has been an amazing 12 years! I have enjoyed watching both the WordPress community and software develop over the years.” Prior to building websites, Deena worked as a graphic designer, production artist and editorial illustrator.
