We are working hard to ensure that our event is fully accessible to people of all ability levels. Our venue is ADA compliant and all of our talks will have live captioning.

Live Captions

All the talks will have live captioning. A screen will be off to the side with the captions on display. Please tell a volunteer or organizer if you need to be seated closer the captions screen.

Parking

The Scottish Rite Event Center has plenty of free parking and many handicap parking spaces. There are a least two van accessible handicap parking spaces.

The front has a slight ramp from the parking lot to the front entrance. The building has a covered drive-up if you wish to drop off someone closer to the entrance.

Registration & Sponsors Area

The registration and sponsors area are located inside by the front door. There are no stairs or steps in this area.

Restrooms

The restrooms are located to the right of the entrance and down the hall. Both restrooms are wheelchair accessible and have handicap stalls. The women’s restroom has a large lounge area. There are no stairs or steps.

Rooms

All rooms are located on a slightly lower level than the sponsors area. It is accessible by a long bi-directional ramp with rails.

All rooms are wheelchair accessible.
